People ask me ALL of the time what makes my skin so “good!” Besides good genes (thanks Mommie!) and lots of water I love my Sexy Skin Smoothie!

Now that I am pregnant I am trying to not only eat more healthy but to look good to be an example for my little one who is coming through! This is an old post that I wrote in 2013, but it is still acurate today. However, I would make sure that I included REAL honey (not like the honey that I am sharing in this picture) and make sure that you have as much FRESH fruit as possible.

Here are the Sexy Skin Smoothie Secret Ingredients:

For One Thick Serving!

1/2 Banana
1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries
3 oz Hot Tap Water
4 oz. of Plain Greek Yogurt, Low Fat
1 Teaspoon of Honey
1 Flat Tablespoon of Flaxseeds (this is the secret)

Note: You can also add other berries, but I prefer Blueberries!!

This is a MUST Blend!!…NO Ice Needed! Super Heart Healthy, Lots of Anti-Oxidants from the Blueberries, Lots of Fiber and its Gluten Free!! Also if you get leg cramps the potassium on the Banana’s are awesome!!
