Here are the Secret Ingredients!!
For One Thick Serving!
1/2 Banana
1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries
3 oz Hot Water
4 oz. of Plain Yogurt, Low Fat
1 Teaspoon of Honey
1 Flat Tablespoon of Flaxseeds
Note: You can also add other berries, but I prefer Blueberries!!
