So I have been using Evernote since I found out about it at a Tory Johnson event in July!  I quickly became such a proponent of the tool that I wanted to come to the Evernote Conference in San Francisco this past month because I knew that the readers of ClassyBlackGirl.com needed to know about the massive productivity assistance that Evernote provides.

As far as the conference was concerned, I did not know what to expect.  I have been to hundreds of conferences.  Generally I have a good time, and I judge it based on the people and the food and *kanye-shrug* it up.

This conference Blew Me away as did the total potential of the Tool “Evernote.”  I was never so excited and then so disappointed as when I arrived at the conference and there were so few people that looked like me.  While the responsibility of learning about a new tool lies equally on those that it might benefit and those who have created it, I am excited to be an Unofficial Ambassador(I created this title myself) of this tool so that more Women of Color can use this productivity tool and streamline their lives.  Evernote welcomed me as a member of the Media and I am going to share Evernote widely.

But I must digress and share how delicious the food was!  OMG….at every possible moment to eat there were food trucks, amazing breakfasts, REAL ORANGE juice, Red Bulls to keep you at 100 all day!  And I even had a delicious Bento Bowl!!

Here are some Conference Highlights that you should be aware of:

• Evernote Now has a Business Edition for more sharing capabilities!
• There is an awesome new Evernote/Moleskin Smark Notebook to help you transfer your written notes into your Evernote to make it completely searchable!
• Evernote Trunk is now available!  For me this is huge because I am always looking for new and exciting plugins to add to my Evernote!

The next day I high-tailed it back over to San Francisco to hit the Evernote Business Bootcamp hosted by my absolute two most favorite Evernote Ambassadors, Lindsey C. Holmes and Joshua Zerkel!  This intense 3 hour Bootcamp discussed awesome ways in which businesses can ramp up their productivity to create more money and more time freedom!  They also launched their new book, Evernote:Integrate whic of course I copped and I am Intergrating!  If you ever dreamed about going paperless surely you should cop this book!
